BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE

Before your departure make sure that: 

  • You have been informed about the treatment you will follow after your departure from the Hospital.
  • You have requested from the Head of the Nursing Department any medical documents which you must have with you at your departure.
  • You have returned to the Hospital any equipment you may have used.
  • You have taken care of your financial obligations with Patient Accounts.
  • You have received your discharge notice from Patient Accounts.
  • You have made any necessary appointments with the Outpatient Offices of our Hospital for your follow-up after the hospitalization.
